A 14-year-old boy is reportedly in critical but stable condition after being hit by two vehicles Saturday.

The 17-year-old driver of the truck reportedly stopped to help the injured teen when the boy was struck by second vehicle, a sedan being driven by a 65-year-old woman, according to Vineland Police.

The victim was transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden for treatment where he is recovering from his injuries. So far no charges have been filed against either of the two drivers.
