With busy schedules and obligations, sometimes fast food seems like quickest and most convenient option. Lucky for us, not all fast food is the same. Believe it or not, there are fast food restaurants that actually provide some reasonable options.
If you’re in a rush and don't have time to eat or pack a healthy meal, you may find yourself pulling up to a drive thru window. Some choices are much better than others. We have found seven of the healthiest fast-food options for you to order when on the go.
Two fresco crunchy beef tacos. Only 280 calories! Tacos give practical portions so you won’t be left hungry and craving more.
Artisan grilled chicken sandwich. This is better than choosing a sandwich with all of those heavy condiments on top. And ordering a side of apple slices instead of french fries reduces calorie intake by 220.
The place with the most options! From yogurt, to dense salads, there is much to choose from. The grilled chicken cool wrap will leave you the most full.
Single hamburger with a side salad. That’s right, Burger king has salads. A single whopper JR (without the condiments) is only 240 calories.
Known for the Berry burst chicken salad. Staying away from the baconator and frosties should be a no brainer.
Grilled chicken salad with black beans, veggies, and tomato salsa. Cancel out the burritos, they can reach over 1,000 calories!
Spinach, feta, egg white breakfast wrap. Some aren’t aware of Starbucks breakfast options. They usually go for the muffins but there are some better options! The breakfast wrap is also plant based.
