Arrest Made in Ocean City Prostitution Investigation

A 61-year-old woman from Ocean City has been arrested after authorities investigated prostitution occurring at a spa on 9th Street this past summer.

Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland says back in July, the Ocean City Police Department received information regarding alleged prostitution occurring at the L&G Spa located in the 500 block of East 9th Street. An investigation by authorities revealed customers could purchase sexual acts from women inside the business.

As a result of the investigation, 61-year-old Grace Li of Ocean City was arrested after a search warrant was executed at the spa last Thursday. Li was charged with managing a house of prostitution and released with a summons pending court proceedings.
