There have been two suspicious incidents reported to the Middle Township Police department within the past 24 hours. The incidents involve two male juveniles being approached by a subject in a pick up truck.

The first incident occurred in Whitesboro in the morning hours of February 12th. The male juvenile was walking to his school bus stop when he was approached and asked if he needed a ride. The second incident occurred in Mayville where a male juvenile was on his way to school when he was approached by a male subject who attempted to lure him.

In both incidents the subject was described to have similar characteristics:  the male suspect is described as white male or a light skinned black male, 40 to 50 years old, grey hair, unshaven, a gap in his teeth, wearing a jean jacket or vest, blue jeans, and black colored shoes. The vehicle is described as Chevrolet or Ford full size pick up truck tan or gold in color.
