Body That Washed Up On Wildwood Beach Is Identified

Police in North Wildwood say that a joint investigation by several agencies has resulted in the identification of the body that washed up on a Wildwood beach earlier this week.

According to police, an investigation, including a fingerprint analysis, has determined that the body is that of Ismail Ahmed Abdelmonem Ismail, age 24.

The investigation determined that Ismail had recently arrived in the United States from Egypt. He had come to the area to work on the Wildwood boardwalk.

It was determined that the cause of death was accidental drowning.
