How much pain can one family take?

Only two weeks after the Thrashers from Cape May Court House had a pipe burst and flood their home in the Delsea Woods trailer park community, their four-year-old son Logan lost his battle with leukemia.

Logan's family found out last week that the recent bone marrow transplant he had received to ward off disease had not been successful. The boy died early Thursday morning.

According to Shore News Today, when the community heard that Logan's final wish was to return to his home, volunteers responded to help the Thrashers rebuild their trailer home from the flood damage.

Yesterday, the family posted this message disclosing Logan's death on the Love for Logan Facebook page.

"There are no words to explain how we are feeling right now. Logan passed away early this morning. Thank you everyone for all the prayers please continue to pray for the family as we mourn this precious little angel. I will always Love you Godson"

Sometimes life just doesn't seem fair. My condolences to the Thrasher family.

Go Fund Me account has been set up for the family.
