Coast Guard Rescues Two Men from Maurice River [VIDEO]

A Coast Guard crew out of Atlantic City rescued two men Friday morning after their boat ran aground on the Maurice River near Millville.

According to a press release, local fire crews were not able to reach the stranded boaters, so a helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City was dispatched.

Once rescued, the two men aboard the boat were taken to Millville Airport where they were checked out by EMS crews.
