Comptroller Releases School Lunch Probe Results
New Jersey comptroller Matthew Boxer is set to announce the results of an investigation into the National School Lunch Program.
Boxer is expected to disclose widespread fraud involving public officials and employees during a news conference in Trenton Wednesday.
The president of the Elizabeth board of education resigned earlier this year after being charged with stealing from the free school lunch program by filing false applications for her own children.
Marie Munn said she repaid the school district after learning her children had received free lunches since 2006.
