Early Morning Crash Kills One in Hamilton Township
Just before 6:00 this morning, Hamilton Township Police responded to an accident on Route 50 at the Atlantic City Expressway where one person was killed.
An investigation revealed that Robert Maskos, Jr., of Hammonton was traveling southbound on Route 50. Daniel O'Shea, Jr., of Mays Landing had taken the southbound jug handle to go northbound on Route 50. O'Shea crossed the southbound lanes into the path of Maskos resulting in a collision. O'Shea was pronounced dead at the scene. Maskos suffered minor injuries and was transported to AtlantiCare in Hammonton.
The investigation continues by The Township of Hamilton Police Department.
