Police in Egg Harbor Township are looking for a California woman in regards to some suspicious activity in the township in the last month.

According to police, they were advised of some suspicious activity by the Bank of America:

The female had a California DL with her photo on it claiming to be Laura Sittoni Miller of Santa Monica, CA. She tried to withdraw funds at the Bank of America at Virginia Ave, AC ($8500) and Atlantic Avenue, AC ($9350) but was denied. She then tried at the Egg Harbor Township location and was also denied ($8100.) She was denied because the only form of ID she had was the California Driver's License  and she was nervous and agitated that her signature was being verified with what was on file. She departed before the teller confronted her about the un-matching signatures. Further investigation with assistance of Santa Monica PD determined the above female is unknown to the victim in California and the California Driver's License is counterfeit.

If you know anything about the woman, you're urged to contact Egg Harbor Township Police Department at (609)926-4051 or (609)927-5200.
