Elderly Man Stabbed During Egg Harbor Home Invasion

Authorities say a 91-year-old southern New Jersey man was stabbed during a home invasion robbery.

Egg Harbor Township police found the victim shortly before 9 a.m. Tuesday when they went to his unit at the Tower East Mobile Home Park. The man told police that he was attacked and his vehicle was taken during the incident, which occurred sometime during the overnight hours.

The victim was taken to a hospital, but further details on his condition were not disclosed.

A motive for the attack remains under investigation.

No arrests have been made.
