The Camden County prosecutor's office tells the Courier-Post that an official misconduct charge was dropped earlier this summer against Jernee Kollock. She had been a vice principal at Triton Regional High School in Runnemede.

Prosecutors say the charge was dismissed after she agreed to resign from the Black Horse Pike Regional High School District.

She had been accused of helping cover up the activity of three male teachers accused of having improper relationships with female students. Kollock's attorney had argued the charge was unwarranted and she was innocent.

The teachers all admitted to wrongdoing. Former Principal Catherine DePaul got probation for failure to report a crime and was banned from public employment in New Jersey.
