Four Facing Drug Charges in Egg Harbor Township

Four people were arrested Wednesday on drug charges at two different motels in Egg Harbor Township.

Egg Harbor Township Police executed narcotics search warrants at a room at the Economy Inn in West Atlantic City and at a room at the Rex Motel on Tilton Road. Four adults were arrested for possessing an undisclosed amount of heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Darlene Hancock and Ali Abdullah were both arrested at the Economy Inn and charged with Possession of Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia. They were additionally wanted on warrants out of the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office for Dangerous Drugs.

Sammantha Kinney was arrested at the Rex Motel later the same day and charged with Possession of Heroin. Sharon Marie Simpson was arrested at the Rex Motel and charged with Hindering Apprehension and Possession of Marijuana.
