We are all too familiar with the heroin epidemic here in New Jersey and now police say a suspected bad batch might be to blame for two people dying in Atlantic City.

In a six hour period on Monday between 4 and 10PM, Atlantic City Police say they responded to six heroin overdoses -- four people were revived using Narcan, two other people died.

Heroin bags stamped “King of Death” have been responsible for at least two of the fatal overdoses.

Cops say that while there is no such thing as a "good" batch of heroin, this "bad" batch is causing a great deal of concern. Officials are urging anyone to call 911 immediately if you know someone who may be using heroin and experiencing an overdose.
