Galloway Motel Room Catches Fire, Man Trapped Inside

A room at the Country Motel on the White Horse Pike in Galloway Township caught fire around 4:30 Thursday afternoon, trapping a man inside. Firefighters rushed to scene and were able to control and extinguish the flames in about 30 minutes.

The trapped man was able to get out with the help of firefighters and was quickly airlifted to the nearest hospital.

According to authorities, the unidentified man's condition is not yet known at this time. Officials are still still investigating on the cause of the fire.
