All You Need to Know to Get Ready for the 2016 Atlantic City Airshow

Thunder Over The Boardwalk 2016 is set to go on Wednesday, August 17th live from the beach in Atlantic City. 

Scheduled to perform at the 2016 airshow will be the U.S.A.F. Thunderbirds who last performed in the 2014 Atlantic City Airshow, the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team, the US Navy Super Hornet East Coast Demonstration Team, the US Coast Guard, and the GEICO Skytypers.

Parking will be available at the following locations:

The surface lot on the corner of Pacific and Georgia avenues. $10 for the day

The Wave Parking Garage at Fairmount and Mississippi avenues. $10 for the day

The surface lot at Atlantic and Ohio avenues for $10 all day.

The surface lot at Indiana and Pacific avenues. $10 all day.

The Atlantic City Convention Center parking garage for just $5 for the day

Here are some airshow tips to make your day more comfortable:

• Always use sunscreen.
• Light clothing will keep you cooler.
• Bring snacks and plenty of water to star hydrated.
• Bring sunglasses for best viewing of the show.
• Cameras and binoculars are a great way to capture the action.
• Bring your radio and listen to live coverage of the 2016 Atlantic City Airshow  on WPG Talk Radio 104.1 FM and 1450 AM.
