It is time for us to get our grill on! Not only does cooking on the grill make food  taste delicious, we can cook with less oil, so it can be a healthier alternative to frying.

But we could sacrifice those health benefits if the only thing we cook are high fat meats. They add more cholesterol, saturated fats, and calories into our meals.  Of course fish or chicken are good choices and a great addition to that is healthy grilled vegetables They  have the same smoky taste from the grill that we all love, without all that added fat.  Next time you have friends or family over for a cookout, give some of these delicious grilled veggie recipes a try!
