Congratulations to WPG Talk Radio 1450 morning host Harry Hurley for being elected to the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia Hall of Fame.

Harry has been broadcasting for more than 20 years and is a regular on the PolitickerNJ power list of the 100 most powerful people in state politics.

Along with Harry, the hall this year will induct Danny and The Juniors, Sid Doherty, Bob Kravitz, Dr. Brian McDonough, Nora Muchanic, Mike Nise, Kathy Orr, Bill Roswell, Vai Sikahema, Len Stevens, and Louise Williams Bishop.

The Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia Hall of Fame counts dozens of radio and television luminaries as honorees, among them former Phillies play-by-play man Harry Kalas, longtime Tonight Show straight man Ed McMahon, Philadelphia news anchor Larry Kane, and former media magnate Walter Annenberg.

Harry will be inducted into the hall in November.
