Home Invasion Robbery in Egg Harbor Township

Monday night, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department responded to a residence on Iona Avenue in reference to a home invasion robbery.

An Egg Harbor Township officer responded and made contact with the victim who stated the suspects knocked on her door and forced their way into the residence when she went to check who was at the door. The suspects forced the victim to show them where her valuables were located. The suspects took an undetermined amount of cash and other belongings from the victim. The suspect then fled the residence. The victim was not injured in this incident.

The suspects are described as follows: suspect one is described as a black male approximately 50 years of age, 5’-11” and approximately 175 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. Suspect two is described as a black male in his 40’s, 6’4” and approximately 250 pounds. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt.
