    Workout proof your hair

    Sweat

Fight enemy number one—sweat—by wearing a cotton headband over your hairline to sop up moisture. Then after your workout or sunbathing session use baby powder  to quickly absorb the moisture without wrecking your 'do.

    Swimmer’s Eye

Swim workouts are great to strengthen your entire body, but if you forget your goggles, your eyes will show it. One easy way to reduce swimmer’s eye is to rinse them with a sterile saline solution and to lubricate your eyes with artificial tears right after swimming to help reduce the irritation.

Get rid of calluses for good

Whether you're a runner or just a flip-flop walker, rough heels happen. Stay on top of the situation by filing down scaly patches with a foot file. For best results do this after the shower, when your skin is softer. There are plenty of over the counter remedies for this but one of the best is to put vaseline on your heels or calluses overnight while wearing socks.
