Identities of Those Aboard Small Plane that Crashed Friday Night Released

Hamilton Township police have identified those on board a small plane that crashed Friday night.

The pilot has been identified as 45-year-old Peter Kosogorin of Tall Timbers, MD.  Aborard the place were three passengers:  Alec Lewis of California, MD; Cheyne Austin of Lexington Park, MD; and Morgan Smith of Lexington Park, MD.  All three passengers ranged in age from 23 to 28.

According to police, Kosogorin and Austin remain hospitalized at Atlantic City Medical Center Trauma Division. Lewis has been treated and released. Morgan Smith was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

The crash is being investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board and Hamilton Township Police.
