Man Stabbed in the Back in Atlantic City, Police Searching for Suspect

A man was stabbed in the back Thursday night in Atlantic City and now police are asking for your help in locating the suspect.

Around 9:30 Thursday night, officers responded to the 1900 block of Beach Avenue and they found a man that had been stabbed in the back. The victim was taken to ARMC-City with injuries that are considered life threatening.

Officers were able to identify the suspect as 53-year-old Jameel Muhammad, who fled the scene on foot before officers got to the scene. Muhammad is facing aggravated assault and weapons charges.
