A wanted flyer, distributed to Atlantic City Police Officers earlier this week, led to the arrest of a Mays Landing man Wednesday afternoon.

Atlantic City Police say officers spotted Clarence Davis, 35, of Mays Landing, on an Atlantic City street corner. He had been wanted for threatening to kill a woman. According to police, Davis had texted a picture of a handgun to a woman and also reportedly called her several times, threatening to kill her.

At the time of his arrest, Davis was in possession of 270 bags of heroin.

He's been booked on numerous charges, and is being held in the Atlantic County Jail.
