Mays Landing Man Killed in Car-Motorcycle Crash Sunday

A 52-year-old Mays Landing man has died of injuries following a car-motorcycle crash just before 2PM Sunday at the intersection of Harbor and Township Avenues.

Hamilton Township Police say Timothy A. Purelli's motorcycle struck a vehicle driven by Jennifer Hines, 39, of Egg Harbor Township.

Police say Purelli was traveling northbound on Harbor Avenue while Hines was southbound on Harbor, attempting to make a left turn onto Township Avenue when the collision took place.

Purelli sustained life-threatening injuries and died at the hospital. Hines was not injured.

The accident remains under investigation.
