A Mays Landing woman was arrested after cops in Atlantic City found an assortment of illegal drugs in her possession.

The ACPD says on the morning of April 14th, officers responded to Morris and Pacific Avenues in an effort to locate a vehicle whose occupants were in possession of narcotics.

Cops found the vehicle with two people inside, identified as James Waugh and Danielle Neyers. While speaking with Waugh, who was driving, he was found to not have a valid license. According to a press release, the officers that were on-scene could smell raw, unburnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. After both people got out, Neyers was arrested after being found in possession of more than 19 grams of marijuana, more than 35 grams of cocaine, and 10 bags of heroin.

Neyers, from Mays Landing, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of possession of CDS with intent to distribute; she was released on a summons with a future court date. Waugh was issued a motor vehicle summons for being an unlicensed driver.
