Minotola Man Killed in Early Morning EHT Car Crash

A Minotola man lost his life in a single car accident in Egg Harbor Township Thursday morning.

Egg Harbor Township Police say the crash occurred just before 3:45 AM at the intersection of Ridge Avenue and Leap Street. An SUV driven by Richard Blevins, 29, of Minotola went through the intersection on Ridge without stopping for the stop sign. His car struck a tree on the other side of Leap Street.

Police say Blevins was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
