A Vineland mother and her 3-month-old daughter remain missing as police speak to a person of interest in the case.

Vineland Police say Neidy Ramirez’s 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer was found abandoned on Saturday afternoon on Route 55 northbound around milepost 45.3 in Elk Township near exit 45 for Monroeville-Glassboro Road. The 34-year-old had been traveling with her 3-month-old daughter, Genesis Ramirez, police said. The car was seen parked in the same place early Saturday morning by a friend, police said.

Ramirez's sister, Diana Soto, told NBC Philadelphia that Vineland Police spoke to a person of interest in the case but would not identify that individual. The station also reported that police have spoken to Genesis' father and the father of Neidy's two other children.

6 ABC reports Vineland Police are "very concerned" about Ramierz because she always stays in touch with family and friends. A check of her cell phone and financial records did not reveal any leads, according to the report. Her SUV, according to the television station, had no mechanical difficulties.

Co-workers from Conte Pasta held a prayer vigil outside Vineland Police headquarters on Tuesday according to NBC Philaldelphia.

"We're all trying to cry in between, talk to each other and comfort each other. And pray that she's okay," Maria Nieves told the station.

Neidy is described as a white female who stands 5 feet and 7-inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown sweater with brown striped pants, black shoes and a black cross necklace. Genesis is 2 feet tall, weighs 15 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Neither has a known medical disorder.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about Neidy and Genesis to contact the Vineland Police Criminal Division Main Extension 856-691-4111 ext. 4180 or the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office at 856-453-0486.
