Louisville will be the only No. 1 seed participating in the NCAA regional finals this weekend. And Florida Gulf Coast's expected run in the men's basketball tournament is over.

Top seed Kansas squandered a 10-point lead in the last three minutes of regulation and lost to No. 4 Michigan 87-85. Trey Burke scored all 23 of his points after halftime, including the tying three-pointer in the final seconds of regulation and another try to begin the scoring in overtime.

Mitch McGary had game highs of 25 points and 14 rebounds for the Wolverines, who are in the regional finals for the first time since the Fab Five era 19 years ago.

Michigan now prepares to face Florida, which ended Florida Gulf Coast's season by beating the Eagles 62-50. Florida Gulf Coast led 17-6 midway through the first half before the Gators 31-9 run to go up 37-26.

Mike Rosario paced the Gators with 14 points and five rebounds, while Scottie Wilbekin added 13 points.

Russ Smith matched his career high with 31 points as the Cardinals held off Oregon 77-69. Gorgui Dieng had 10 points and nine rebounds for Louisville, which won its 13th in a row and allowed coach Rick Pitino to improve to 11-0 in regional semifinals.

The Ducks made things interesting after falling behind 66-48, hitting six straight shots to get within 70-64. Oregon is the only team to lose to the Cardinals by fewer than 10 points during Louisville's winning streak.

Louisville's next opponent is No. 2 Duke, which advanced with a 71-61 win over third seed Michigan State. Seth Curry poured in 29 points, including a three-pointer that broke a 38-all tie and sent the Blue Devils on a 9-0 run.

Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski (shuh-SHEHF'-skee) will tie John Wooden's record of 12 Final Four trips if the Blue Devils can beat the Cardinals on Sunday.
