A Pennsylvania man was arrested Tuesday afternoon for driving in Atlantic City with a gun.

Atlantic City police say they were alerted that 63-year-old Kevin Hennessey of Haverford, PA, was driving in the city armed with a handgun. Two detectives were able to located the vehicle on Route 30 and Hennessey was detained. During a search of the vehicle, detectives say they recovered a handgun, 119 rounds of ammunition, and two high-capacity magazines.

Hennessey was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of hollow-point ammunition, and possession of a high capacity magazine. He was remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
