33-year-old Robert Terrell must serve at least 85% of that term and then will be placed on parole supervision for another five years when he is released.

In a press release, prosecutors said,

Terrell pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 1st degree Conspiracy to Commit Murder for the September 10, 2016 death of Rasheed “Omar” Hines at the intersection of Merion and Linden Avenues in Pleasantville. Terrell was the driver of the vehicle the shooter jumped out of and gunned Hines down while he was riding his bicycle. The shooter remains uncharged at this time. Terrell has refused to cooperate with the police in revealing the identity of the shooter.
