Police Wound Man, Search For Another

Police in southern New Jersey are searching for a suspect after they shot another during a traffic stop.According to broadcast reports, officers stopped the vehicle near South Pennsville-Auburn Road and Hollywood Avenue in Carneys Point around 1 a.m. Wednesday.

It's not clear what led to the shooting, but officers returned fire, wounding one man. His condition is not known.

The second suspect fled on foot.

No officers were injured.
