Remembering Joe Nickels

A great man and a loyal great friend, Joe Nickels has passed away following a valiant fight for life.

Joe served our Country with honor and distinction in our United States Military and Joe served in various important elected offices, Hamilton Township Committee, and as a member of The Atlantic County Board of Chosen Freeholders.

Joe was a gutsy man of unquestioned honesty and integrity.

He was a fiercely loyal friend and a real difference maker.

If it's even possible, Joe handled his own death better then his purpose-driven life, which was filled with great accomplishments.

I will miss Joe beyond words. We fought many important battles together. He was a fearless, great man.

Please keep his wife, Janet, and his children in your thoughts and prayers as they deal with such a supreme loss.
