Several news outlets are reporting today that Trump Entertainment has filed for bankruptcy and the Taj Mahal could close as soon as November.

Reports indicate that Trump Entertainment filed early Tuesday morning.

The Press of Atlantic City says. "The company listed assets and liabilities of between $100 million and $500 million in its petition in a Delaware court, according to the report."

Meanwhile, nj.com reports: "The Trump Taj Mahal may also shut in November, according to people familiar with the matter."

If the Trump Taj Mahal does close, it would be the fifth Atlantic City casino to close in less than a year's time.
