Risley, Toto to Run for State Assembly in 2019

Atlantic County Freeholder-at-large John Risley and Somers Point City Councilman James Toto will be running for the New Jersey General Assembly in the fast approaching 2019 election.

They made their formal declaration of candidacy first on-air on Hurley in the Morning on WPG Monday morning.

Both seats are currently held by Democrats Vince Mazzeo and John Armato.

Risley has been running in all 23 Atlantic County municipalities for many election cycles.

New Jersey’s 2nd Legislative District is comprised of 17 cities as follows:

New Jersey's 2nd Legislative District is one of 40 in the state, covering the Atlantic County municipalities of Absecon, Atlantic City, Brigantine, Buena Borough, Buena Vista Township, Egg Harbor City, Egg Harbor Township, Folsom Borough, Hamilton Township, Linwood, Longport, Margate, Mullica Township, Northfield, Pleasantville, Somers Point, and Ventnor as of the 2011 apportionment.
