Russell Simmons is being accused of rape by another woman, and she is reportedly suing him for $10 million. According to Daily Mail, a 16th woman has come forward with sexual misconduct claims against the music mogul after he allegedly raped her at a Sacramento, Calif. hotel, and also threatened to rape her son.

The woman, who goes by Jane Doe in the legal documents, filed the lawsuit earlier today (March 23), but did not specify when the alleged incident between her and Simmons took place. She does say, however, that the sexual misconduct occurred following a Def Jam concert that she took her son to, who was in elementary school at the time. The two eventually were invited by Simmons backstage to meet the artists, and she later dropped him off at home with a babysitter before spending the rest of the night with the Def Jam founder.

Doe says that the 60-year-old later enticed her up to his hotel room so he could get something, but he eventually shut the door behind them and told her, "I am going to fuck you or I'm going to fuck your son. You decide." He then allegedly forced her onto the bed to have sex with her.

Although it's unknown when the incident took place, the lawsuit claims that there was at least one witness who saw her leaving the hotel room in tears. Jane Doe is currently suing Simmons for $10 million for punitive damages after suffering from "severe emotional distress."

There have been 15 other women who have come forward to accuse Russell Simmons of sexual misconduct, including alleged cases of raping, harassing and assaulting that date back to the 1980s. If you recall, Simmons has firmly denied the accusations, claiming that they are lies.
