The State Police have provided a picture of the missing fisherman whose boat was found on Friday morning after he was last heard from Thursday night.

Tuckerton resident Christopher Hugg's was last known to be on the 17-foot Bow Rider near Hither Channel in the area of Little Egg Harbor. Prior to disappearing, Hugg had called relatives to inform them the boat had run aground, and no further contact was made.

The search, which began this morning has included the State Police Marine Services Bureau, the Missing Persons Unit, Aviation Bureau, and the U.S. Coast Guard. Search efforts were suspended for the evening but are scheduled to resume Saturday morning.
