Middle Township Police have been busy lately -- six people were arrested in three separate drug raids since December 7th.

The busts started on December 7th when cops executed a search warrant at the Wildwood Park Motel. Arrested there were 53-year-old William Reid of Burleigh and 48-year-old Catherine Panczenr of Cold Springs. In the raid, cops say crack cocaine, heroin, prescription medicine, and $600 was seized. Both Reid and Panczenr were charged with the possession and possession with intent to distribute controlled dangerous substances and released on their own recognizance.

Five days later, on December 12th, cops raided a home on the 100 block of East Main Street. In this bust, 39-year-old James "Shakey" Powell and 38-year-old Dana Robinson-Powell, both from Edgewood, were arrested. At this house, cops say they grabbed cocaine, marijuana, and prescription medication. Both people were arrested, charged with various drug-related offenses, and released on their own recognizance.

Then, on December 13th, cops returned to the Wildwood Park Motel, this time arresting 27-year-old Lance Boyd of Burleigh. Officers say they seized cocaine, Ecstasy, and prescription drugs; Boyd was charged with possession and possession with intent to distribute controlled dangerous substances and released on his own recognizance. While cops were conducting this bust, they also arrested 23-year-old Jerry Winston from Burleigh who was arrested on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
