State Police have released a sketch of a man they they is responsible for committing two separate lewd acts in front of a female.

According to police, the woman was jogging in Buena Vista Township.

On Friday, February 12, the victim reported two separate incidents to troopers from Buena Vista Station. The first incident occurred on Sunday, January 3 or January 10. At this time, the suspect was parked on the southbound side of State Highway 54. As the victim ran past his vehicle, she observed the suspect to be exposed while performing a lewd sexual act.

The second incident occurred on February 12. On this date, the suspect was parked in the parking lot of a diner on State Highway 54. The victim was returning to her car after finishing a jog in the area when the suspect rolled down his window and asked for directions. After receiving directions, the suspect then asked the victim if she would watch him perform a lewd sexual act. She declined and immediately went to her vehicle. The suspect drove away south towards State Highway 54, but returned a few moments later and parked behind the diner.

The victim recognized the suspect as the same man from the first incident. He is described as a white male, 5'7" or 5'9", stocky build, short black hair, clean shaved with a neatly kept mustache, and wearing dark-framed glasses. He was driving a blue compact vehicle (possible Ford), 4 door, with a partially tinted front windshield.

State Police are asking for anyone with any information on the case to call the Buena Vista Station at 609-561-1800. Anonymous tips are welcome.
