Quick thinking by a New Jersey State Trooper may have saved the life of a North Wildwood woman Thursday afternoon.

According to the State Police, a Trooper responded to the report of an accident on the Garden State Parkway near Exit 11 Thursday afternoon. When the trooper arrived, he found the driver of a van, identified as Joan Murphy of North Wildwood, was not breathing.

Dashcam video released by the State Police shows the trooper performing CPR and Murphy regaining consciousness a short time later.

Murphy was transported to Cape May Regional Hospital where she was last listed as in stable condition.
