Somers Point Cop Delivers a Baby

Officer Vincent Rivera had no idea his Tuesday morning shift as a Somers Point cop would be so eventful. Rivera responded to a 911 call around 3:45 AM Tuesday and found Alyssa Martin in labor and ready to give birth.
