Friday night, as I was on my way to meet some friends at Phily Sports Bar, I got distracted by an outrageously decorated house!

I thought to myself as I drove by, 'that house CANNOT already be decorated for Christmas?!'. So I decided to make a U-turn and head on back to see what was up. As I pulled up, I realized they were all Halloween decorations! I thought it was so cool! This has to be the coolest place in town to Trick or Treat!

The Wilkins House on Maple Ave. in Glendora, NJ. Heather DeLuca/SoJO 104.9

The homeowner, Justin Wilkins, happened to be outside, so I stopped to tell him how much I loved what he'd done! Justin informed me that his family had been decorating the home this way since 1962! And, apparently they do this for many other holidays including Christmas!

Let me tell you how silly I felt when Justin told me that! I grew up in Gloucester Twp. where the town of Glendora is located. Not to mention my high school boyfriend lived just blocks from this home on Maple Ave.!

I can't wait to go back and spend more time at the Wilkins', especially come Christmastime!

The Wilkins' home is located on Maple Ave. in Glendora, just behind the Sun Bank off N. Black Horse Pike.
