Timothy Davis, 19, of Mullica Township, Emmanuel Izguierdo, 25, of Egg Harbor City, and Jonattann "J-roc" Lopez, of Atlantic City and Egg Harbor City, face a battery of charges filed by Atlantic County investigators in the office of Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner.

Lopez faces separate charges tied to a February shooting at the Tropicana in Atlantic City.

No one in the Philadelphia Village Apartments was hit when gunfire erupted at about 10 PM on May 18, but bullets left their marks in several budings and cars, and nearly grazed a mom and her small children, investigators said.

Egg Harbor City police, and detectives of the County Prosecutor's Gangs, Guns and Narcotics and Intelligence Units, gathered witness statements and quickly identified the suspects.

Davis confessed to a role in the incident after his May 26 arrest in Mays Landing, authorities said.

A subsequent search warrant at Izguierdo's house led to his arrest. Lopez was nabbed in Atlantic City by investigators with the Prosecutor's Office, Atlantic City Police and the US Marshal's NY/NJ Fugitive Task Force.

Davis is held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility, facing two second-degree counts of aggravated assault, two weapons-related charges, two third-degree assault counts and two charges of criminal mischief.

Izguierdo is being released on a criminal summons, to await court action on two third-degree aggravated-assault charges, a third-degree weapons count, identified as a baton, and a fourth-degree charge of possesion of a prohibited device.

Lopez is charged with two counts of aggravated assault in the second and third degrees, two weapons charges, and two counts of criminal mischief. He had been sought for the February 24, 2017 predawn shooting reported at the Tropicana.

Authorities said that Lopez was identified as the gunman who fired at a man entering the lobby, leaving damage on the outside of the building.

Atlantic City Police charged Lopez with aggravated assault and two weapons counts.

Investigators ask anyone with information about either incident to call the Prosecutor's Major Crimes Unit, 609-909--7666, or the Atlantic City PD Investigations Division, 609-347-5766..

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless, and until, found guilty in a court of law.
