Turnpike Snarled by Overturned Truck in South Jersey

An overturned truck on the New Jersey Turnpike left only one lane for commuters in South Jersey on Wednesday morning.

The overturn truck was between Exit #3 for Route 168 and #4 for Route 73. Pictures from the area indicate the truck spilled its load as it lay diagonally across the right and center lanes.

Traffic was also blocked from entering the northbound Turnpike from Exit 3, according to Jill Myra who suggested using Interstate 295 as an alternative. "Just budget yourself extra time to get around this big 'ol mess. There's a lot to look at," Myra said.
