Two people were arrested on numerous charges Wednesday morning in Hamilton Township.

Early Wednesday morning, Hamilton Township Police along with the Atlantic County SWAT team executed two search warrants in the Cologne Gardens Apartment complex in Mays Landing.  The search warrants were the result of a several month investigation conducted by the Hamilton Township Police Department.

The investigation resulted in the arrests of 34-year-old Harold Miller and 30-year-old Jeffrey Hemling, both of Mays Landing, NJ. Police say Miller and Hemling conspired with each other and were charged with Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Percocet with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Controlled and Dangerous Substance with Intent to Distribute in a School Zone, and Conspiracy to Possess and Distribute a Controlled and Dangerous Substance.

Bail for Miller was set at $100,000 and Hemling at $50,000. Miller also had a no bail warrant from Hamilton Township Police for a robbery that occurred in 2013. Both subjects were lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of bail.
