Two Firefighters Injured in Mays Landing Blaze

Two area firefighters were injured while helping fight a fire at a Mays Landing home.

The Press of Atlantic City reports that the firefighters from Cologne and Mays Landing Departments both sustained leg injuries due to the icy conditions.

The fire broke out around 7pm last evening at the home on HIlltop Circle. It burned much of the second story of the home, as well as a garage. Fire officials say two other homes were damaged.
