Will Foreign Policy Help or Hurt President Obama [POLL]

Looking back four years ago, then-Senator Barack Obama was an admitted foreign policy novice. In fact, that was a major issue in the primary against Hillary Clinton (the President's current Secretary of State) and Joe Biden (the current Vice President).
Monday night, as commander in chief, Obama will go toe-to-toe in the third and final debate with Republican challenger Mitt Romney, and takes the stage as the supposed pro -- or as Romney surrogate John Sununu put it, Obama "thinks this is his sweet spot."
