We have confirmed through multiple Atlantic County, New Jersey law enforcement sources that criminal charges stemming from an alleged sexual assault (involving juveniles) was filed on January 17, 2023.

It involves an alleged incident that took place almost one year ago (January 27, 2022), an Atlantic City High School student “reported to school officials that they were sexually assaulted by a fellow student that also attends the Atlantic City High School,” according to an Atlantic City Police Department release.

We have independently confirmed that the Atlantic City Police Department are the investigating agency regarding this matter.

John Devlin, a more than 20-year member of the Atlantic City Board of Education has confirmed exclusively to us that the Atlantic City Public Schools administration never apprised him of the alleged sexual assault.

"This is horrific news to say the very least,” said Devlin. “To not advise the board of education about such a horrible alleged crime and that it took place over a year ago should be criminal,” said Devlin.

“In my 20 years of being an elected official I have never seen anything like this, I'm at a loss for words. I hope law enforcement takes immediate action on anyone involved and anyone who neglected or failed our children by not reporting this to the proper authorities,” said Devlin.

"This is like deja vu all over again (Kenyan Frazier). Anyone that asks questions or inquires regarding the health or safety of our children gets retaliated against. I was a called a racist and thrown off the Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority by Mayor Marty Small because I was merely trying to protect our children from a convicted child molester,” said Devlin.
