You can't get paid twice. If you do, you better give half of it back.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner says Ronald P. Grattini, 36, of Vineland, has been charged with theft.

According to Tyner, while Grattini was employed by the county as a Right to Know Project Specialist, "received a payroll direct deposit check in the amount of $1,504.50 and then asked for a paper payroll check for the same period. Grattini withdrew all of the funds that were received by direct deposit and then cashed the paper check. He then refused to return the duplicative paid payroll funds."

As a result of the charges, Grattini's employment has been terminated. After being charged, he was released on a summons.
