EHT Teen Injured Diving Into Shallow Pond in Mays Landing
A 19-year-old Egg Harbor Township teen was seriously injured when he attempted to dive into the shallow water of the Gravelly Run Sand Wash in Hamilton Township.
The popular watering hole, near Ocean Heights and Somers Point Mays Landing Road has been frequented by teens and young adults for years.
The incident happened Saturday evening, just after 7:30pm.

According to police, "Bystanders and friends were able to provide aid to the victim until emergency personnel arrived."
The unidentified victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
