Is This the Guy That Broke Into Your Hamilton Township Home?

A break in an investigation has resulted in the arrest of an Atlantic City man for crimes committed in Hamilton Township over two years ago.

Hamilton Township Police say Gilbert Bonilla, 34, has been arrested an charged with a number of home burglaries from April and May of 2016. The burglaries had been reported from Anglesey, Brecknock, Bala, and Denbigh Courts.

Police say, "Detective VanGilder (who originally responded to these burglaries as a patrol officer) received a DNA hit from evidence collected at the scene of one of the burglaries and a suspect, Gilbert Bonilla."

Bonilla, who was being held in the county jail on another matter, has confessed to the crimes.
